Founded in 1970 by Bonnie Grossman, The Ames Gallery, located in Berkeley, California, exhibits folk and outsider artwork.  Grossman is the Bay Area's expert on the subject, serving on museum boards and advisory committees, curating art exhibits, and lecturing extensively.  A440 Gallery is honored to have such a respected champion of the arts curate a show from her private world class collection.
